From the renowned Royal workshop of Daniel, Munich, circa 1820.
Exquisitely veneered in cherrywood on a softwood body.
The refined edge moldings of the top, the elegant escutcheons, and the dainty thread inlays in the plinth area are masterfully crafted, likely from ebonized pearwood.
The front legs, crafted from solid cherrywood, are original to the piece; the rear legs have been expertly replaced.
The chest retains its original locks, ensuring its historical authenticity.
